How to Order CIPD or BIFM Courses
To book a place on your chosen course you need to download one of the relevant application forms below.

When sending your application to us, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete your application in BLOCK CAPITALS and black ink.
2. Ensure that all sections are completed. (If employer funded, the Payment Section must be signed by the budget holder to enable us to process your application).
3. Sign the form yourself to indicate the information supplied is correct and that you agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Enclose a recent CV or brief outline of career history.
5. Do not send any payment yet, an invoice will be issued on acceptance of your application
