People Management and Development explores the integration of HR management with other important areas of the business, focusing on how this can add value to the organisation, and thus complements the more specific areas in the Electives. We strongly advise students who are planning to complete the CIPD Professional Development Scheme to undertake the Electives field prior to studying People Management and Development.
