If you want to become a Graduate of the CIPD, you will need to successfully complete four fields:
  • Leadership and Management (formerly Core Management)
  • Electives
  • People Management and Development
  • Applied Personnel and Development

CIPD Graduate Route Field

You may be able to study these fields either via flexible learning or through Professional Assessment of Competence. We strongly recommend that new students commence with Leadership and Management first, followed by Electives, People Management and Development, and then Applied Personnel and Development. Students who have studied one or more fields elsewhere can pick up at the appropriate point.
