Programme Duration

Therefore, total study time per week (approximately) - 10 - 12 hours. Students undertake the study of the learning materials in their own time.
Learning Materials
Utilisation of CIPD flexible learning materials including workbooks, text books and other materials. Students are also provided with a BPP Student Handbook and supplementary resource materials.
Assessment Methods
A combination of coursework and examination - four assignments, four skills assessments and four exams.
Accreditation/Awards
Successful completion of the programme leads to Licentiate membership of the CIPD. The student can continue with their studies completing all 4 fields of the CIPD Professional Development Scheme to gain CIPD Graduate membership.
