
The majority of students undertake the four generalist electives of People Resourcing, Learning & Development, Employee Reward, and Employee Relations. Employment Law can also be chosen as an alternative Elective. For those that have an interest/management need in the field of Training and Development, please click DTD Training Electives for further information. Many students complete the Professional Development Scheme (PDS) and then return to complete further electives of their choice. Electives can also be completed without undertaking the whole Professional Development Scheme.
