This field rounds off the CIPD Professional Development Scheme and tests the practitioners ability to research and report on a key business area for development. It is made up of two assessed elements a management report, and a record of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

For whom it is suitable
This programme is for those undertaking the CIPD Professional Development Scheme, and is a compulsory requirement to attaining graduate membership of the CIPD regardless of the route taken, be it through flexible learning or Professional Assessment of Competence.
