A twelve month record of development undertaken and a twelve month plan of future development. (There are no exams for this field)
Delivery Method
A one day tutor led workshop to support you in the completion of the above pieces of work. Students are provided with flexible learning materials to complement the one day workshop.

Management Report and CPD 4 hours
Students undertake the study of the learning materials in their own time. Accreditation/Awards
Successful completion of the programme leads to Licentiate membership of the CIPD. The student can continue with their studies completing all 4 fields of the CIPD Professional Development Scheme to gain CIPD Graduate membership.
