Delivery Methods
Tutor led discussions and workshops, case studies, and group and individual exercises.
Programme Duration
The course is delivered via flexible learning in a modular format. The full CIPD qualification will normally take nine months.
Study comprises workshop attendance (on three successive days every other month) for each of the four modules. Or alternatively you may choose to complete the qualification over two years, stockpiling the individual units. In addition you will also be required to devote approximately five hours per week to home study and assignment writing.
Tailored in-house corporate programmes can follow different schedules as required by the client.
Study Requirements
Four to six hours per week including work on assignments.
Learning Materials
Four interactive workbooks written specifically by BPP for the programme; a BPP Student Handbook for use in the workshops.
Assessment Methods
Assessment through two written assignments, two skills assessments and a management report. There are no exams.
Accreditation/Awards
Successful completion of the programme leads to the CIPD Certificate in Employment Relations Law and Practice and Associate membership of the CIPD.
