 The Certificate Progammes provide solid foundations in practice and theory whilst offering professional recognition through the CIPD. This is ideal for those who are new to HR & Training or are seeking a career in the professions as well as line managers with these responsibilities.
Our certificate programmes and materials are designed to allow you to comfortably balance your study with work and other commitments. The Certificate Programmes are run on a fast track basis with an approximate duration of 6-7 months with 10 or 12 study days (depending upon the certificate taken).
Assessment is via two written assignments and two skills assignments, plus a management report focussing on a live issue within your organisation. There are no exams.
