All our development programmes can be tailored to your organisation's needs and/or run in house, anywhere in the world. We have been very successful at applying for accreditation where necessary to allow our clients' delegates to achieve the relevant qualification locally. Learning materials, workshops, case studies etc can all be customised within the overall course framework to give greater relevance to the actual workplace.
BPP has vast experience of delivering CIPD programmes on an in-house basis to both the public and private sector including Corus Products, EDF Energy, Voluntary Service Managers, HM Land Registry, UK Passport Services, Home Office and many others. We also can provide bespoke programmes focussing on various Management and Development issues. Current contracts include Surrey County Council and MoD in the past we have had contracts with Deutsche Bank and Learning and Skills Council for development training.
BPP became the first centre ever to be accredited by the CIPD to run a graduate level development programme outside the British Isles when we launched CIPD flexible learning in Brunei for a multinational oil company. We have since been approved for similar schemes in Poland and Oman.
BPP therefore, have significant experience of working with a wide range of organisations. We aim to develop a partnership with all of our clients, focusing on understanding of precise client needs, effective two way communication and providing services such as regular reporting of participant progress, an account manager as a central contact, and pre-programme briefing of potential participants to manage expectations of the programme if required.
